Migraine can be an extremely isolating disease. Chronic migraine even more so. Reaching out for support can be an enormously beneficial coping strategy. It allows you to share experiences, hear from others who truly understand, find information and learn about treatments.

If you experience 0–14 migraine days a month, please join our Episodic Support Group.

If you experience 15 or more migraine days a month, please join our Chronic Support Group.

It can be very challenging for those around us to fully comprehend an invisible illness like migraine. This can often lead to frustration, hurt, and misunderstandings. Find a Compassionate Doctor

Not all doctors are created equal. When a doctor diminishes and disregards your disease, it makes your experience of the disease that much harder. We have compiled a list of member recommended physicians who are both knowledgeable about migraine and compassionate. Don’t wait to start getting treatment. If you are not receiving adequate medical care for your migraine disease, find a doctor on this list and get a referral.

Free Mental Health Supports

Migraine disease can create feelings of despair and depression, and can also be comorbid with depression and anxiety. If you feel unable to cope, please reach out to one of the resources listed in this guide. All services listed are free of charge. Links are up-to-date as of January 2023.
